Start with a vegan baggette - slice thinly and put in the oven on low- you are trying to dry the bread rather than toast it.

Bean pate - get a tin of mixed bean salad and mash with seasoning.

Top with chopped tomato and oil for bruchetta, top with cucumber/other veg/hummus.

mini veg kebabs

One that always goes down well but is better if made a few days in advance. Get a seal-able jar, jam hjar is fine or if you want to bring to the table in jars get fancy mini kilners.

Put a clove of garlic in the bottom and layers of sliced green and black olives, mushrooms, peppers, capers(no need to slice them) fresh herbs if you have any. Once full pour over olive oil, seal and leave a few days for the garlic to infuse the oil.

Serve with bread to dip in.

Score a cross cross in the end of loads of baby plum tomatoes, soak in vodka, Tabasco and celery salt for 3 days, drain, serve with cracked black pepper and more celery salt

Super easy = buy things like:
Falafal
Tasty marinated olives
Dip selection w breadsticks and veg sticks
Indian snack selection - onion bahji, veggie pakora, veggie samosa etc
Veggie spring rolls
Spread black olive tapanade over crostini

Quite easy
Mini tartlets (Jus Roll is vegan and you could do some kind of mushroom tpping, or black olive tapenade with tomato or roasted red pepper or something)

Filo pastry money parcels with roasted veg, or mushrooms, or sweet potato and spinach (+ pine nuts are delish but you said you don’t want nuts)

Marinated and baked tofu on cocktail sticks (or you could use the taifun olive flavoured tofu, the would be lush on a cocktail stick with cherry tomatoes a big juicy olive and a basil leaf. I would probably fry that to make is extra tasty)

Mini polenta circles with caramelised balsamic onions

Caponata on crostini/sough dough/whatever

Make up pizza dough and then roll out, make a pesto without parmesan and spread thinly over dough. Roll up dough into sausage shape and cut into mini sections, then bake in oven
