anyone got a good (easy) recipe for pannetone?

I'm not brilliant at any yeast based baking but am keen to try my own pannetone this year. Am looking for an idiot proof recipe if there is such a thing. Anyone know of one?

There was a Paul Hollywood recipe on the BBC website a while ago which I did. It was easy, but time consuming. Mind you, when I say "time-consuming" I mean that it took 10 minutes work every few hours. Not an inconvenience as you can fit that around the rest of your life easily enough.
