I'm due to make a fish pie for lunch but forgot to defrost the fish pie mix overnight...
It's out of the freezer now, but will only have an hour to defrost before I start to make the pie. It'll bake for 30 mins in the oven. The fish box says defrost for 8 hours. As it won't have had that long to defrost am I risking food poisoning or is it just that the fish will taste a bit rubbish?
