I make this one. Don't skimp and use marg or milk choc...it needs a good intense hit of the dark stuff. Although I have used 60% Sainsbury's Basic Dark Choc and the result has been quite impressive too. Raisons are a nice addition for variety but not necessary.

Nigella does a good one.
My tip is to use good quality chocolate.

Use mini marshmallows - chopping large ones is very frustrating.
