Christmas dinner for 5 people - what meat?

Very unusually we are having Christmas dinner at home just the 5 of us this year. Me dh and 3 dcs. And I'm wondering what we should have to eat. Turkey seems overkill for 5 of us - we don't eat huge portions of meat. But whatever we choose, I must have stuffing and dh will want pigs in blankets Grin

Don't want too much in the way of leftovers as we are going to family on Boxing Day. I think turkey or goose might be too big, duck perhaps too small? Any bright ideas?

I think we're going for fillet steak this year. Quick to cook and goes very well with crisp roast potatoes. Then again none of us a big into roast dinners. How about Salmon?

Last year for 6 adults and 4 small DC who didn't eat much I did a tiny turkey crown from M&S plus a small half leg of lamb as our local lamb here is amazing. It worked well. Some leftovers, but not as many as I was hoping for!

There will be the 4 of us again tis Christmas ( DH , me , DS who is 20 and DD who is 18 )
We have ordered a 10-12lb turkey from a local farm
Loads of pigs in blankets and stuffing needed , leftovers for Boxing Day ( and stick some in the freezer as you're not needing Boxing Day leftovers )
