i would cook them in a sauce otherwise they can go quite dry, otherwise grill them carefully

santasweetdreamer · 06/12/2006 16:30

should I cook them in the oven then?

if you are doing them in sauce then i would or very slowly in a frying pan.

Fry them in a pan til they are just done, remove them from the pan and fry the musdhrooms and some onions until they are just done, add a splash of either Maderia, brandy or white wine, aloow it to cook for a bit, stir in some creme fraiche, return the pork to the pan. add salt and pepper to taste.

Hi, I use an old annabel karmel Pork & Apple casserole recipe which we fell in love with having made it for ds. It takes a whole to make though so doubt you'd want it for tonight but, if you're interested, I'll find it and post it on here.

I second carmenere's recipe and serve it on a bed of tagliatelle with green veg, yummy.

rabbit I would be interested in your recipe, I gave away my A C cooking book long ago!
