Roasting hearts

DH brought home 4 hearts today and neither of us has any idea how long to roast them for. I'm sure some of the expert cooks on MN will know! Smile

Please could you help?

It's a long time since I cooked hearts, OP. There are lots of recipes online if you google "lambs heart recipes" including this one. Enjoy!

Trimmed and sliced/diced heart is really good stewed - cook it low and slow like a cheaper stewing steak cut.

Some supermarkets sell ready-trimmed and sliced ox heart which is a fab and super cheap alternative to braising steak.
