what to do with purple kale?

Got some in my veg box this week and not too sure what to do with it. Does it taste the same as green kale? Usually I make kale into pesto but I'm not sure purple pesto will look too appealing! Any ideas for nice simple recipes? Something where it's a bit 'hidden' so my 4 year old will eat it would be a bonus!

It can be used like green kale.

You can sprinkle with favourite flavours and dry it out in the oven to make it crispy.

Stir fry with onion, garlic and other veggies.

Use it to wrap up parcels of lovely whole grain and veggie goodness (add cheese or meat too, whatever you like.) Follow a 'stuffed cabbage leaves' recipe for this.

Chopped into omelettes or frittata.
