We've hit that end-of-the-month financial slump...so I want to use a whole chicken to make two meals. I've put it in the oven to roast now, and am planning on using some of it to make a casserole for tonight's dinner....
But haven't a clue what to make with the rest that leftover for another dinner. I would do curry, but DH won't eat it 
Has anyone got any recipes up their sleeve that don't require any random "cheffy" ingredients that Jaimee Oliver and the like insist are in everyone's store cupboard
