Good sausage casserole recipes?

Haven't made a sausage casserole in years. Any good recipes please?

Best curried sausages ever!

4-8 sausages
Couple of spoons of curry powder
Small tin tomato paste
Tsp garlic
3 tsp beef stock powder
750ml water
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
200g mushrooms, cut into chunks
1 cup peas
1 small green apple, diced (optional)
Any other vegies you'd like, eg. Broccoli, cauli, celery
Cooked rice or short pasta, to serve

Par-cook sausages and slice thinly. Fry off garlic and curry powder, add everything else to pot and cook until vegies are tender. Serve with rice/pasta.

The Hairy Bikers one on the bbc food website is the best one I've found - made it loads of times and dh loves it
