Heinz Beans fridge pack

Does anyone else think the baked beans from the plastic fridge pack taste a bit different to the tinned ones? Or am I imagining things?

They must be lined with liquid gold to make them that expensive

We buy them when they're on offer! I've not noticed a plastic taste.
