Oven gloves that work please!

Burnt my hand again tonight getting something out of the oven. Can anyone recommend some oven gloves that you can't feel the heat through but are thin enough that you can still feel what you are doing?

They don't come with loops on so if you want to hang them up you'll need to sew some on.
