Help!

During the week I only cook dinner for Dd and I, as DH will eat either soups a sandwhich he is on a diet and have found that often I can end up making three different meals!

Anyway I am stuck, bored and would like to make something different.

To give some context, Dd is four and has just started reception (and is eating school dinners). If she had her way she would only eat pasta each night....

The weekday meals I tend to make.

Stir fry
Pasta (Bolognese sauce , tomato sauce, brocolli/ham/cheese, meat balls)
Chilli with rice, nachos/tacos
Pitta pizzas
Tapas style (homous, cold meat, pitta bread, crudités)
Homemade breaded chicken with sautéed potatoes and veg
Frankfurters with sautéed potatoes and veg
Fish fingers

What I would like to make --but DD turns her nose at)

Mini roast with Yorkshire pudding
Lasagne
Pasta bake

She won't eat mash potato, roast potato, rice that's been mixed with vegetables. I don't like creamy sauces (I tend make lasagne with a cheese sauce), sausages, but love anything spicy.

Would she eat tuna pasta bake or would that be too creamy? How about salmon, fajitas, curry or jacket potato with something?

My DD was far worse at that age, but has got a lot better as she's got older.

She does eat curry/stews/caserols

As she doesn't like mash then I doubt she would eat a jacket potato, but I will try that though.

I do try to be more experimental at the weekends, which can be hit or miss really.
