Low fat AND low sugar snacks

For health reasons I'm currently on a low fat diet, and am awaiting some treatment. I am therefore not allowed cheese, butter, chocolate, pastries, cakes, biscuits etc. Meals are fine-dh and I are eating really well, but snacks are a nightmare... Everything that's low fat is chock ful of sugar. What can I eat at work (full time teacher, long commute, crazy hours) that isn't just fruit, and is filling and doesn't need to be in the fridge? Am stumped.

Could you take a little cool bag? If so then greek yoghurt would be a good choice as it's really filling
Roasted chickpeas
Oatcakes spread with salsa or white bean spread (like hoummous)

Biltong or jerky

You could also try miso soup - you just need hot water for that
