Bread using non bread flour

Can it be done?
I'm not a bread maker (never, ever tried Blush but have yeast in the cupboard and a brand new loaf tin.
Any tried and tested recipes using plain and/or self raising flour?

For self-raising you don't use the yeast and you make focaccia
