Hi does anyone have a lovely but easy crumble recipe? I would love to give it a go but I'm pretty much a baking novice! Tia

This is a foolproof no bake recipe that means there are no uncooked or soggy bits in the middle:

Put equal weights of butter, flour and brown sugar in a pan on a medium to low heat and keep stirring until browned, You can add oats, sunflower seeds etc for added crunch.

Add a little cinnamon or nutmeg for a lovely aroma and taste. This crumble, like all crumbles, needs to cool before it gets crunchy.

Add this mixture to any stewed fruit (honey, brown sugar with apples, black berries etc cooked on high in a microwave til soft).

Voila!

You can change the fruit, but I always go back to Hugh F-W apple crumble topping I miss out the walnuts and ground almounds tho.
