can I freeze lasagne?

Trying to master batch cooking but rubbosh with the rules of freezing...

Can I freeze lasagne if the mince was previously frozen (defrosted by leaving out of freezer overnight) and the onions were frozen? (Pre-chopped - lazy!)

I cooked the lasagne and have leftovers.

yes, if the meat was not already cooked. So, frozen raw meat defrosted, cooked, then frozen is ok. Ensure it is cooked all the way through though after second freeze.

I love lasagne, make huge amounts specifically to freeze it in portions for a rush night. (I don't have meat, but the rest of the family do).
