we had roast chicken today and polished off all the meat but I have half a pan of gravy left (chicken juices, some stock, wine and cornflour)

Is there anything I can do with it?

Freeze it to make a weekday dinner much more special

Use it with more chicken for a chicken pie

Hmm pie sounds good. Might do that tomorrow. Never thought of freezing gravy, thanks for that!

We often thicken ours up and use as a pie filling with the left over chicken.

Freezing gravy is great, I make move ahead for Christmas and get it in the freezer, I always make lots and freeze in separate bags so I can defrost more on the day if need be!
