Followed recipie- unsure how long it simmered for (had school run in the middle) at least 2 1/2 hours I think, did set on a plate looked good, considerably darker than pic, but still seems to be liquid in jars, now what do I do with it? I know about the using apple sauce as sugar thing in cakes but that's not really me
