Butterscotch cake ideas

I made a batch of butterscotch sauce for my daughter to have on ice cream. There is a lot to eat up wich ice cream, so I thought it might be nice in a cake.

Does anyone have any butterscotch cake ideas?

You could use it as a sauce on sticky toffee pudding...

Thanks - I am now making vanilla and butterscotch ice cream, had a load of cream to use up too.

This cake is fantastic-really light and delicious. You could use your sauce instead of making the recipe one.
