This is a pear and almond cake which is very easy to make and lovely and moist. It's based on Nigella's version for apple and almond cake - also scrum!

The one in the picture has edible flowers strewn on top which makes it look pretty for guests!

Not done it yet myself but you can make ice cream using coconut milk.

Dip fruit into melted dark chocolate, cover in sprinkles, put on a skewer and stick in the fridge. Easy fruit kebabs, serve with Swedish Glasse icecream.
