Something different for McMillan cake sale

Any ideas for something different that is likely to sell well? Last few coffee mornings I've been to have had the usual brownies/muffins/lemon drizzle/scones. Any tried & tested ideas please?

how about some tablet, this is what i usually make and it always sells. I use this recipe - www.carnation.co.uk/recipes/Recipe.aspx?RecipeId=71

usually have to make two batches so i can eat some all at home.

Thanks harassed. Never made it before but looks simple enough, and different.
Need to make quite a few things so other ideas welcome

Rhubarb crumble muffins always sell well at the school cake sale (bbc good food site), Earl grey tea cup cakes, (not the Hummingbird bakery ones tho, again try bbc g f), carrot cake, something gluten free like biscotti, and an old school Vic sponge. Should keep most tastes satisfied! Good luck.
