Tomorrow will likely be veggie lasagne.
Monday will be something easy - maybe a pan of soup and nice bread.
Need to do a supermarket order to come on Tuesday, so now looking for inspiration! Sausage and mash could be a contender.

This week:

Fri -

Mon - Me & DH out, tuna pasta for the DC
Tue - Lasagne
Wed - Teriyaki salmon, rice & stir-fried greens
Thu - Spanish chorizo omelette & salad

Bored of my cooking though Sad

IHaveBrilloHair · 20/09/2015 15:26

How do you make the Jamaican chicken?

LasAnya · 20/09/2015 19:45

Its roughly [http://cooklikeajamaican.com/new-recipe-brown-stew-chicken/ this recipe]], but instead of pepper sauce, I put in a whole scotch bonnet pepper while its cooking. Don't cut the pepper or accidentally break it while cooking, though, or it'll be waaaay too hot Grin
