I'm getting fed up with my gf bread being shite so am in need of lunch ideas other than sandwiches, for work. Microwave and fridge available :)

Frittata. Can be eaten hot after cooking at home then eaten cold at work.

I quite often take a pot of this to work for my lunch. Lovely and warming in Autumn/Winter. www.eatdrinkcook.co.uk/recipe-creamy-coconut-butternut-squash-curry/

Vegetable soup is my staple cold weather lunch.

M&S tortilla chips or Tesco gf breadsticks with humous/dip/prepared sandwich filler.
M&S seafood sticks with salad/jkt potato
Princes tuna in tomato sauce with microwave rice.
I batch cook and freeze portions of chilli/bolognese/stew for DH that he takes with rice/jkt potato.
My kids like cold potatoes and ham which works well too.

I have two soups that are my standby. They both have bacon and loads of vegetables in, one also has quinoa and the other GF pasta. I find these are substantial enough to eat without bread.

I also love cold new potatoes, salad and mackeral.
