No junk allowed, she doesn't eat fruit or raw veg. I thought maybe tuna sandwiches?

Will she eat dried fruit? Mine liked boxes of raisins, little packs of dried apricots and dried mango.
Home made flapjack or fruit muffins etc?

MumOfTheMoment · 15/09/2015 14:42

Flapjack? They usually pass the food police even though they are quite sugary.

Crackers/oatcake and a piece of cheese

Small pot of pasta salad

But yeah tuna sandwich is a good idea. Or peanut butter?

longdiling · 15/09/2015 14:43

Sandwich sounds ideal. Or a homemade granola bar or veg muffin/scone?

Yogurt? Breadsticks and hummus. Nuts?

Some great ideas here, thanks, I'll run them past her when she comes out of school. Smile

Amazingly, when I suggested breadsticks and hummus she suggested carrot sticks and hummus! Shock Apparently she likes them covered in hummus. Grin

hello

how about some 'energy balls'? Sweet little balls of dired fruit and nuts - organic, no additives and vegan. in my experience kids love them.

I have written a book with a different recipe for each week of the year - ordered by seasonal flavours.

Would love for you to check it out!

Thanks
