Pork with fennel, garlic and cayenne pepper to be exact.

I also have lots of fresh tomatoes, kale and cavil nero.

Suggestions please!

Mary Berry's sausage bake

Personally, I'd grill them with buttery mash, green vegetables and red wine gravy/ sauce thing.

Grilled with the mash, a nice homemade tomato sauce and the cavolo nero.
Bin the kale.

I would do a traybake.

Sweet potato, peppers, red onion, tomatoes mixed with heaps of garlic, olive oil, balsamic, the sausages laid on top and then a little grating lemon zest.

Seriously tasty with crusty bread and it really allows the flavours of the sausages shine. I usually do it with Sicilian bangers from Sainsburys.

Tray bake it is then. Thank you. Might even have time to make bread....

cdtaylornats - what have you got against kale?!

Jamie Oliver's Proper Blokes Pasta (amazing with or without the chilli!)

I take them out of skins, break then up and fry with some shallot, add some tomato paste and some stock. Cook down until thick then add kale, toss with some cooked tagliatelle and Parmesan :)

Skin them and make them into little meatballs and fry gently. Make a thick tomato sauce with onions and garlic. Steam the kale and cav nero. Serve with linguine and grated Parmesan.

I did a tray bake and it was lush.
Sweet potato, 3 small onions, couple of parsnips, loads of tomatoes and cavolo nero. Drizzled with oil and balsamic vinegar, orange zest and juice and a bit of grated ginger. The sausages were Asda's premium range; pork with garlic, fennel and cayenne pepper and they were lovely. Will definitely try again.
