4 Big Potatoes or 8-10 New Potatoes

Half a Teaspoon (To Teaspoon and a half depending on how spicy you like it) Each of -

Chilli Powder

Coriander Powder

Cumin Powder

Paprika Powder

Teaspoon ? Tablespoon of Turmeric

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

Method
Wash the Potatoes but don't Peel them

Parboil until slightly soft (5-10 mins)

Meanwhile mix the spices in a bowl

Coat the Potatoes evenly in the spice mixture, the turmeric acts as a bulking agent and for colour and helps evenly coat the potatoes with the spice mixture

Drizzle with olive oil

Place in an oven on gas 7 or 425 F 220 C for around 15 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
