Can you cook salmon fillets from frozen?

I've frozen some salmon fillets all wrapped in baking paper with herbs and seasoning already added. Can I take the out of the freezer and put them straight in the oven? If so how long will they take to cook. I normally cook them for 15 mins at 200.

Yes you can. I pop mine in a pyrex dish, lemon juice and 25 minutes later, done.

yes, I usually put them in the not-preheated oven and put the timer on once the oven reaches full temp.
