I don't use a recipe and I just use quantities that seem about right.
First I spread jumbo oats on a tray lined with parchment and put them in the oven for about 5 minutes or so. Meanwhile heat and mix together some coconut oil and maple syrup.
To the oats I add a selection of whatever I have which includes chopped dried cranberries, apricots, brazil nuts and pistachios, golden sultanas and dried dessicated coconut which has been soaked in some water beforehand and drained.

Mix all together and return to the oven as before being careful not to overcook or the coconut and oats may burn and be bitter.

Although I don't use precise quantities or timings I've not had a bad batch yet. I should add I use a range cooker and the temperature's moderate, not high.

I make this one

I usually use less honey/maple syrup.

we used the goodfood recipe as a base, but doubled the fruit.
it is lush, I have eaten great handfuls of the stuff while the DC are sleeping.

A bit late but I also use the good food one as a guide.
