Ok so now I have bought a slow cooker inspire me

I blame MB for this purchase! I've got family coming to stay at the weekend, so something easy and tasty sounds good. I though I had loads of ideas but I'm a bit stuck now. Maybe lamb? Pulled pork? A selection of toddlers coming so only mild curry an option, and we're dairy free too.....

I brought one because I'm on slimming world and I do pulled pork, chicken curry(put natural yogurt in for a mild taste) beef stew and dumplings, the pulled pork is a fave and I serve it with flat bread to make burritos

Ta- any recommendations for a pulled pork recipe? Burritos sound pretty good and toddler friendly!
