Sauce for Salmon pasta bake

I have:

Salmon fillets
Sweetcorn
Broccoli
Pasta
Creme fraiche

And was looking to make a quick pasta bake for tonights dinner - what would you use for a sauce so its not so dry?

I dont think creme fraiche on its own will suffice (or will it?) But dont know whether it would be best to make a white sauce or to throw in some chopped tomatoes and stock...

WWYD? Smile

I would steam the broccoli and then whizz it together with the creme Freche.

I'm sure the creme France will fine by itself, a bit of Philadelphia might help too?

I would just make a garlicky creme fraiche. Soften onions, add the garlic and creme fraiche and some vegetable stock

Thanks everyone, creme fraiche it is!

Jenijena - cheese goes without saying. Will have a think as to whether it'll be Philly or Cheddar. Philly might be a bit lighter and a better fit though?

too late for the party but I would also go for the creme fraiche and a bit of Philly.
