Help.....pudding for 50+

A friend is having a birthday bbq, I offered to make pudding and have since found out there will probably be between 50-60 guests. I'm hoping for some ideas for a very easy pudding. Needs to be transportable! Thanks

Meringues & fruit? You can make the meringues in advance, over several days & then you just need strawberries etc. & cream. Easy to set out.

Several big sherry trifles. Easy to prepare in advance and always popular.

Tiramisu. So easy and can (should) be made the night before.

choc truffle. basically cream and dark choc. you'd just need the fridge space for them to set.

Two or three pavlovas, with different toppings, two tray bakes - one chocolate and one coffee and walnut, a large dish of tiramisu, and a huge bowl of some kind of fruit salad, or mixed berries.

Is she really expecting you to cater for 60 people, though, or is she just expecting you, and several others, to bring one pudding each?

Thanks for the ideas, yes it's just me doing pudding, in hindsight I should have asked how many guests before I offered.
I had thought about tiramisu & have made it before, will have to work out quantities
