Ideas for filling a large Yorkshire pudding?

DS is suddenly obsessed with having a meal served in a giant Yorkshire pud. Could you give me some suggestions for yummy things to serve in one please?

Beef stew
Sausage, mash and gravy
Curry (yes, really)

Sausages and onion gravy. Yum! Or perhaps a mini roast dinner, veggies potatoes and chicken?

Mmmm they sound yummy! Would never have thought of curry!

You can make a sweet Yorkshire pudding with a dessert filling as well.

One of the Fabulous Baking Boys programs had a Toffee Apple Yorkie which had apples, toffee sauce and ice cream.

You can put anything in a Yorkie because unless you make it with garlic salt or something odd it is neither sweet nor savoury and goes with everything; like toast.
meatballs in a tomato and onion sauce (like you would do for pasta) is delicious.
I would do anything you would normally serve with a sauce or gravy but eschew the other carbohydrate element, or at least cut it down so it's not too heavy.

I did a lamb and butter bean casserole to serve in giant Yorkies for similarly-obsessed DH last week when the DC were away... Twas lush.

We have chilli con carne in giant Yorkshire puds sometimes (once, I put bacon Supernoodles and chopped hotdogs in one but that's a secret i'll take to the grave IRL . I was VERY hungover)
