Different every time, but basically I fry the mince with onion, add carrots, maybe mushrooms, some tom puree and gravy granules plus water. Top with mash (yummy with swede) and bung in the oven.

brown mince and onions, add beef stock, tin chopped tomatoes or tomato paste.
Simmer
I like to add chopped carrots too
Bay leaf, season to taste
Thicken with bisto at the end

Spread mash on top dab a little butter for browning and bake until done!

Fry onion.

Add mince & brown it then sprinkle on a little flour & stir for a minute or two.

Add small tin baked beans, a slug of worcester sauce and diced carrots. Msy need a slosh of water.

Put inovenproof dish, top with mash +/- grated cheese & bake for 40 mins.

Yummy!

As long as you got, i tend to do mine for about 1hr so i know its cooked, then put in a oven proof dish top with potato add grated cheese and brown under the grill if eating straight away. If cold i put in the oven gas 5 for about 30mins untill brown and bubbling.

You can probably get away with only frying the mince for 10 mins because it cooks really quickly but I think you get a better flavour if you let it simmer for longer.
