I've posted this in chat but thought maybe it is better here.
I roasted a 1.65kg bird yesterday as per some instructions left for me by DH (he usually does it, I don't like touching raw meat and also suffer from emetophobia).
Fan Oven
190 degrees C for 1 hour and 15 minutes
Then 180 degrees C for the final 15 minutes.
Is that enough time? I'm supposed to be having it for lunch.
