Freezer burgers

I want to make my own burgers, but I live alone so want to be able to freeze them.

Would a standard mince, herbs, maybe onion work? Maybe whack in some mustard or cheese?

Yes burgers freeze really well. I use mince, herbs, onion and an egg, sometimes a chunk of mozzarella in the middle.

My burger mix is 800g minced beef, a pinch of sugar, two pinches of salt and a slug of Worcester sauce. Squidge it all together and form into burgers. Open freeze on trays lined with baking paper. Once frozen, bag them up. Boom Grin

Thyme is nice in there too and they turn out tastier if you don't use the leanest mince.
