Baking competition help - hidden words

I'm working my way through a 'hidden baking terms' baking competition from Renshaw - see attached image.

There are 13 baking items hidden within the picture but I'm stuck on the image with the Italian flag wearing slippers. Can anyone help me out?

Ciabatta is italian slipper bread, I believe.

Word Origin and History for ciabatta
n.

type of Italian bread, c.1990, from Italian ciabatta, literally "carpet slipper," so called for its shape; from the same source that produced French sabot, Spanish zapata (see sabotage (n.)).

I've got that one - what's the man with the sheet of paper?

Clue - it's not a 'hand' in ice.... :)

I have those as meringue clouds rather than mountains, but yes, I have those...

Those meringue clouds are stiff peaks, surely?
