Chicken Tikka!

I want to marinade some chicken over night to make chicken tikka, I have no yoghurt, will double cream do the job?

No, its the bacteria in yogurt that do the work.

I use half a jar of paste. Then fry up in some onions, add a tin of tomatoes and three tablespoons of creme fraiche. It's bloody lovely.
