My five year old is constant hungry. I am looking for ideas of cheap healthy snacks. For main meals she eats:
Breakfast: weatabix with milk and apple juice from concentrate
Lunch: cheese sandwich, cucumber sticks, red or yellow pepper sticks, hummus, a frube
Dinner: home cooked meal like spag Bol, chilli con carne or sometimes something quick like sausages chips and beans or fishfingers potatoes and salad. Some fruit after dinner.
Currently she is constantly asking for biscuits or toast between meals.
