Polenta help

I bought premade polenta it's in a block and I don't know what to do with it. Like spicy/cheesy flavored and have a 10 month old lo would likes to try everything. Any recipes

Slice or cube it, brush with olive oil and then grill (or fry it) until crispy on the outside.

Slice it up, put in a dish, cover with a meat, tomato or cheese sauce and bake till hot and bubbling. Nice served with a bit of green salad, and is a very quick lunch.
