Budget but sturdy stand mixer?

My beloved stand mixer has given up after many many years of faithful service.

My budget at the moment will not stretch to a Kenwood or Kitchenaid, but I want something more sturdy than a £30 one, and ideally I'd like something that looks nice enough to sit out on the worktop (but not pink!)

Have been browsing online but these days there seem to be quite a lot to choose from. So was wondering if anyone has a sturdy mixer, costing less than £100, that they would recommend?

My only essentials are that I would like the beater and dough hook to be metal, not plastic, and other than that I am open to suggestions.

I'd recommend this one although over budget by £30

I was in curry yesterday and they had quite a few kenwood ones reduced by £100 to £129 in cream or red but can't remember the model. They did look really sturdy And very similar to the k mix one that was £299

Have you thought about a second hand one? I picked up our Kenwood chef with lots of accessories 3 years ago for £25 from eBay and it's still going. It's 30 years old but they are like old land rovers, easy and cheap to fix.

Someone recommended this wilkinsons one to me the other day, and I was about to come on here and ask if anyone here had tried it:

this bosch is very good value and came out better in which than the kitchenaids if you shop around you may get it for £100. It was only £75 when i bought it

I got mynkenwood chef for around £100 on Amazon around Black Friday. Worth keeping an eye out for a pre Christmas sale.

My mixer has been relegated to the cupboard under the stairs since I discovered a hand held one and the cover thingy you put over the bowl. So much easier.

I've just seen one for £100 in Wilkinsons which looks pretty good.
