Re-freezing cod...

Clueless Mummy.

I bought a fresh cod loin and froze it, if I cook it can I then re freeze? I've read so much conflicting information...

If you cook it you can refreeze no problem.
Pack into portions and defrost in fridge for best results.

Defrost, cook, and refreeze no problem.
