If you could your own pork casserole, take out a single portion for dh, put in in a separate container, leave it to cool for no more than 90 minutes at room temperature and then store it in the fridge and reheat at a medium heat till bubbling and hot about 90 degrees C right through then you'll be OK.
Unless of course you want to bump him off, then put it in an old sock, store in the laundry basket or under the cat over night and flash it in the microwave for 20 seconds.
