Nothing fancy. Just easy to follow instructions that work.

Nigel Slater Real Fast Puddings is a good one. Are there any particular puddings you want, you could just ask on here if anyone has any quick and easy recipes for them?

I love real fast puddings too. Are you after something fancy? Otherwise, Like Slater says, just a piece of fruit is often enough.

Thanks for the Nigel Slater recommendation. I am familiar with the 'Real Fast Food' book but didn't know about the puddings so I will definitely look into that (like his style as well).

Basically the book is needed for inspiration - there's only so many crumbles I can make! Even though I find a lot of recipes on the Internet, nothing beats being able to flick through a good cookery book.

Can't beat a good cookbook for inspiration. Definitely.
