If you feel like your kids have a good diet what did/ will they eat today?

I know my DC don't have a bad diet but I still don't feel like I'm getting enough nutrition into them. I'm mainly talking poryions of veg because the amount of food they eat is quite small. So I feel like even though they eat a lot of veg it's always a small amount. So today:

DD (1) porrisge and blueberries for breakfast
DS (3) two eggs and two pieces of toast and blueberries

Courgette fritters with tomatoes and cucumber with a yoghurty dip for lunch

A sort of pork stew that has peppers, tomatoes, celery, onion and chick peas.

They'll both probably have an afternoon snack of an apple and some nut butter.

I know it's an ok diet and I'm not trying to be mental aNot '5/7 a day' but looking at it like that how much of the vegetables are they actually having and is it enough?

I believe my children have a balanced diet - not to saintly, not too much junk food.

Breakfast: peanut butter on half of a wholemeal flaxseed bagel, large handful of fresh cherries, glass of milk

Lunch: jacket potatoes with broccoli, sour cream, and cheese

Snacks: water ices (similar to granitas), small pack of sweets, watermelon

Dinner: brown rice, toasted seaweed, kimchee, Korean barbecue beef, kale salad

Mine, 7,5,3 and 7mnths today have had:
Breakfast: Cheerios/rice crispies
Baby - toast
Lunch: tomato/cheesy pasta (homemade - was actually last nights tea!)
Baby - few spoonfuls of same but mushed up
Mid afternoon: toffee crisp ( baby was asleep)
Tea- fish, mash & beans (would normally give them veg not beans but didn't have any - kids were pleased!!) baby - same but mushed up just a few spoons.
Afterwards all have had mango melon and grapes, baby chewed/sucked on a piece of melon!
Now we're watching a film so I think a request for snacks may be coming! Maybe maltesers or popcorn or crisps? Baby will probs have a yogurt.

My almost 7 year old has had two slices homemade seedy toast with marmalade, a large glass of milk and grapes and blueberries for breakfast

Lunch is a chicken, chorizo and salad cheesy roll, some (in season) fruit and a yoghurt

Supper she has requested carrot sticks and hummus and greek salad.

Apart from the milk, drinks are water, water and perhaps some fizzy water.

Dd 2.9 has a small bowl of cereal and a piece of wholemeal toast.
For lunch she has a sandwich with wholemeal bread filled with cheese and salami with cucumber on the side. She will have a yoghurt and fruit after.
For dinner she will have spag Bol/fish pie/sausages Cous Cous and veg/chicken stew etc. With fruit after. She either has veg mixed into the meal or is happy to eat broccoli/courgettes or peas on the side.
She has a banana usually mid morning and sometimes an afternoon snack too which might be toast/fruit/little treat.

I'd like her to eat a better breakfast but this is all she will have.
