Asparagus and Parma ham

Easy. Wrap asparagus in parma ham. drizzle in olive oil, add salt and pepper. Roast until ham is crispy. Add parmesan shavings to serve if you wish.

Can drizzle a bit of balsamic over too

Add halloumi into the wrap too

Even easier wrap as above and do on george foreman. Makes it lovely and crispy and the asparagus really tender. I serve with poached egg. Quails if you're being vair posh. That was our starter at our wedding! Balsamic glaze. Lovely.
