I know Ella recommends Magimix and Vitamix but I am reluctant to part with so much cash for a model like those yet....I need convincing first.
Any other recommendations? I have a Kenwood processor (wasn't expensive, about 50/60 pounds) but I think it will implode if I put it on for ten minutes to grind nuts.
On another note, has anyone use any recipes from chocolate-covered Katie? A friend has made some of the biscuits and desserts and they are seriously yummy.
