HelloFresh - what are you eating this week?

Last night we had the veggie Thai rice meal, which was lovely. There was so much of it that I had it again for lunch today.

Tonight is the butterflied chicken with Mediterranean veg and dill creme fraiche. Smells lovely as DH is cooking it.

Anyone else being ripped off enjoying HelloFresh??

God no, Luna. DH got collared at the door by the salesman last week and stupidly signed up. I have to say though that the recipes and quality of the ingredients seems very good. Tonight's was very nice. I've ordered just 3 meals a month as a bit of a treat, and it's certainly inspired me to look up some different types of recipes to cook in between. Even teenaged DS liked the chargrilled vegetables. I almost fell off my chair.

I've already gone through my Jamie Oliver 15 minute meals book and arranged 3 meals for next week (needs planning as need fresh herbs etc).

I just wondered what anyone else thought about their food.
