Garlic butter - can you freeze it?

Just that really.

Heard you can freeze garlic, but will the butter part of it be okay ?

Hope so, just froze 2 lots of it ...

I freeze garlic/herb butter in little portions so can take whatever we need.

Yes. I freeze it in little rolls so I can pop one straight in a chicken breast for making kievs. Much easier than trying to get it to stay where you want it to otherwise.

Never thought of them !! Ha (grin)

(rummages through freezer for chicken breasts). That's tea sorted for Thursday :)
