Wednesday lunch leftover roasted veg on a socca base with feta, supper chicken noodle soup
Thurs potato and aubergine bake
Fri lunch noodle soup, supper brisket chilli with guac, black beans and salsa.
Saturday lunch aubergine and tomato sauce with polenta pancakes and spinach salad, supper chicken, leek and mushroom pie
Sunday lunch watercress soup, supper probably a quick meal like courgette carbonara
